To give schools access to their results, you have 2 options:
Option 1 - give school staff access to all the schools in the trust
This can encourage collaboration (and a bit of friendly competition too!) as if a school doesn't meet a requirement, they can easily check how other schools are displaying that information and use it to improve their website.
Option 2 - give school staff access to only their school (more info below)
If you'd prefer that schools can only see their own results, we can set you up with what we call "single school' access which means you can invite school staff to join Robin but only see their schools.
How single-school access works
Sending an invitation
Under the Settings page for your trust, you'll see all the invitation links you currently have under the Membership section. Look for one with a Single school access level.
You can copy the link and send it to anyone who you want to give access to a specific school.
When they click on the link, they can choose their school from the list and click to join.
Managing access
Admins can see and manage school-specific access on the settings page.
Click on the Edit button to remove someone's access to Robin altogether, or to update the school(s) they have access to.
