Why are there Optional requirements?
We set requirements as Optional when they don't apply to all schools. It allows us to show requirements in the report but treat them differently.
Do Optional requirements count towards our compliance percentage?
If an Optional requirement is met and marked with a ✅ then it does count towards the overall % compliance for the school
If an Optional requirement is not found, it is marked with a grey X, but this does not count towards the overall compliance for the school
