When looking at your latest compliance results in Robin, you may see suggestions to reapply edits made in the previous review.
When reapply suggestions appear
Robin checks whether the result of the latest scan (tick ✅ or cross ❌) matches the result of the last review.
If, in the last review, that result was manually edited (for example, changing a cross to a tick or adding notes), Robin will highlight this.
How to Reapply an Edit
In the compliance check results, click Review now to begin.
Where a reapply suggestion is shown, choose one of the following:
Apply - Robin will restore your previous decision (tick or cross) along with any notes you added.
Dismiss - ignore the suggestion if it’s no longer relevant.
Once you choose an option, Robin will automatically scroll to the next requirement that had previously been edited.
Continue until all suggestions have been reviewed.
Note: Any edit you apply or dismiss is saved to the review for everyone. Other colleagues with access to the results will immediately see the same applied edit.
