Robin uses single sign-on (SSO) with either Microsoft or Google accounts. This means we’re not able to update your email address on Robin directly. Instead, you’ll need to log in with the new account you’d like to use.

Steps to change your email address
Sign out of Robin
Click on your name in the bottom-left corner and select Sign out.
Open your invitation link
Use the same link you originally used to set up your Robin account - if you can't find the invitation link, ask your admin or one of the Robin team.
Sign in with your new email
Use SSO with the account you want going forward.
Access Robin with your new account
A new Robin account will be created for your updated email. From then on, you can sign in with this new email address.
