Data sources and use

Robin's analysis is based entirely on publicly-available information found on school and trust websites, and from the Department for Education.

That data is often passed to AI models in our prompts, in order to categorise, summarise or extract information.

The data we use in prompts never contains personal information provided directly to us by users (such as their name or email address).

Is data used to train the AI?

No.

Robin uses a range of AI models provided by OpenAI and Microsoft Azure on their API platforms. We pay for the use of these models, and the data is not used to train or improve them.
